Tours include a class on local culture and walking tours through the Maya Biosphere Reserve, with a guide named Nixon recommended for the sunset tour. The hotel arranges sunrise and sunset tours of Temple IV and other excavated pyramids. Front desk staff and a tour desk help guests arrange tickets and onward transport to San Ignacio, Belize.
